An experience of taste and form where the whole soul of the Chef shines through, whimsical and dreamy but with the instinct to innovate. Fiorenzo Perremuto, Executive Chef of the Michelin 1-star restaurant DOLOMIEU, was born in Trento to a mother from Vicenza , an expert botanist and a great devotee of the best practices of the past, and a father from Sicily, a tireless workaholic who instilled in him a devotion to his work. Dolomieu's tasting menu is called “Up to the Summit .... from the Lake to the Mountain” and highlights the Trentino region from Lake Garda to the Brenta Dolomites to Madonna di Campiglio.”
