As the first rays of the morning sun filter into the breakfast room, the silence of the morning is accompanied by the aroma of freshly ground coffee. The perfect way to start your Alpine day. We prepare our buffet by carefully selecting local Trentino produce, such as fruits of the forest jam, Alpine cheeses, milk from Alpine dairies and organic yoghurt. Along with the butter, we always try to source fresh dairy products directly from nearby Alpine dairies. If you prefer a savoury breakfast, we recommend our selection of fresh, delicious cured meats. In the kitchen, the chefs are at work from the early hours of the morning, preparing home-made pastries and cakes for a sweet-tasting start to the day. Relax, take your time and enjoy breakfast, savouring the food and filling up on energy for a day in the mountains. Our Maître and his team will be ready to welcome you with a smile and their usual professionalism and courtesy.
Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or served in the privacy of your Suite on request. Also open to outside guests upon availability.
